In early 2003, Correspondent Orlando de Guzman and Producer Margarita Dragon were given exclusive access to film with guerillas from the Moro Islamic Liberation Front and meet its leader, Al Haj Murad Ibrahim, at a time when government forces were undertaking military operations against the rebels.
